I founded RGC Technology Limited to bring senior-level IT leadership to organisations that need it, on the terms that work for them. After more than 25 years leading IT across complex global corporations, I understand what good technology leadership looks like at every level within an organisation - from the server room to the boardroom.
My career spans ERP, CRM and Business Applications, IT infrastructure and End User services, M&A integration across multi-geography operations. I've led Oracle E-Business Suite and many other ERP programmes across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific, managed global infrastructure operations achieving 100% uptime over six consecutive years and successfully completed a full, large-scale TSA exit nine months ahead of schedule, with no loss of business and high cost savings.
I've built and led high-performing global teams, both in-house and with major MSPs including TCS, NTT, Fujitsu and CapGemini, across industries including aerospace, manufacturing, electronics, healthcare, and commercial services.
I bring a direct, pragmatic approach to every engagement. I don't over-engineer solutions or create dependency - I focus on leaving organisations more capable than I found them.
